Payment Options

Dr. Bonafield strives to provide affordable, flexible payment options for orthodontic care. The cost of orthodontic treatment will depend on the severity of the problem, its complexity, and the length of treatment.

Many dental insurance plans now include orthodontic benefits. If your plan has such benefits, our treatment coordinator will complete and submit all insurance forms for your convenience. Your insurance company will reimburse you as per your orthodontic benefits included in your dental insurance plan.

Option A

PAYMENT IN FULL

A bookkeeping courtesy of 5% is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment by cash or check.

Option B

INTEREST-FREE OFFICE PAYMENT PLAN

After an initial payment, which is a small percentage of your total fee, the balance may be paid with monthly ACH withdrawals from a bank account or monthly charges to a debit or credit card.
